• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Content and Intellectual Property

Generated content: Research pages and other content generated by Depth's AI processing are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.

Our content: The Depth service, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by Ecommerce Innovations LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Free-tier usage limits may change at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ecommerce Innovations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ecommerce Innovations LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
